Incredible Day

The boys really like Incredible John's Pizza, and they'd sent us these 10 free credits coupons for signing up for their VIP thing...so we talked the Hyppsters into going with us to share the Incredibility.

Grace immediately went to the dinosaur grabbing machine...but I talked her into waiting until AFTER we'd eaten. After a mess of cheese pizza, macaroni and cheese, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, mandarin oranges and slushies...it was onto the game floor!

Grace collected a half dozen different dinos -- allowing Ava to keep one since it was a double. She played mostly on the slide and climbing dino, but also took a handful of trips on the merry go round - always riding the zebra.

The boys played as many games as they could manage - including riding Twister and doing Bumper Cars. I was happy they were enjoying themselves so much...and shocked when we were at the prize counter and learned their ticket total!

They'd earned enough to get lava lamps! I had no idea they wanted lava lamps, but they were quite proud of themselves and even congratulated me on having 'saved' money by not having to buy them. Um...yeah....

Grace made my day when she pulled me towards the photo booth and said she wanted a picture with me. I usually have to bribe the boys to do it...I think she actually wanted a picture with her dinos, but hey, I'll take it!

Once the kiddos had exhausted their credits on their play cards, it was back to the buffet for dessert. It isn't cheap, but as long as they keep it nice and clean, I know we'll be going back...often.
