Happy Easter!
The Easter Bunny brought baskets of goodies!! And as a bonus, the tooth fairy made an appearance thanks to Hayden losing his second tooth the night before.
Grace had her own Easter basket, but it was chocolate free, so she wanted Hayden's
The neighborhood egg hunt was in full effect!
The McCauley Easter brunch was great...Grace thought Aunt Betzy's new windows were the best part...Aunt Betzy won't think she's so cute when she has to clean all those fingerprints!!
Grace's first Easter was topped off with an egg cookie - well, it was Hayden's, but he left it on the table. What could she do but take a bite?

Eddie's 6th Birthday
Anyway, the old school ice cream parlor was a big hit with all the kids. They got to make their own sundaes, but I think most of the kids were more impressed by the presents.

The Day of Uncle Dan!
Spring Break went out on a high note for the boys. Uncle Dan took them to see Monsters & Aliens - on opening weekend! Bayley was quite impressed with the movie. He said it was better than Bolt & Kung Fu Panda. There was a report the boys ate their volume in popcorn, but it has yet to be confirmed. And then...they went to their first Trailblazers game! To make it extra special, and much easier to park, they took the train in. Jeff wanted the experience complete, so they had 'dinner' at the game. Hot dogs, fries, and ice cream.
They left a bit early, it seemed Hayden's tummy was hurting.
And now...for the Hayden photo-logue
AT THE GAME
...and my own personal note...Grace will steal your biscuit. Consider yourselves warned.

Out and About in Portland
After hiking, they trekked to the famed Voodoo Doughnut. The boys tucked into those right quick! There was an m&m covered doughnut, a chocolate covered, sprinkles, a traditional buttermilk...and then the more creative froot loop covered, cocoa puff coated, and one dusted in a spicy orange powder. Too fun! Maybe next time we'll get the Bacon Maple Bars!
