Neighborhood Craft Day
The neighborhood kiddos are making these
s...they are so excited. Step one was dying the shirts, which Miss Molly handled. On Friday, they'll put jack-o-lantern faces in the circles.
First the t-shirts had to be rubber banded, then dunked in the hot dye.
Next came the rinse...sadly for Miss Molly, the kiddos didn't have much of an attention span for this part. Every one of them wound up squirting her.
Then they had to take the rubber bands off.
Finally, they got a peek at the finished product. Well, this part was finished. the shirts have to dry before they jack-o-lantern faces go on.
